Start any time! 4 weeks of Strength workouts designed for individuals who are just starting out with weight training or those that would like simple, safe, and functional workouts that take less than 45 minutes to complete. All you need are one set of moderate weight dumbbells (10#-20#), one short loop band, and one long loop band.

This Program Includes:

  • 3 simple strength-focused workouts per week

  • workouts use dumbbells and bands to perform functional weightlifting movements supported by accessory movements to keep you safe and making progress

  • workouts are delivered through the TrueCoach App so you can log your weights, sets, and reps to track your progress and mark your workouts as you complete them
